3. Product Information and Pricing

3.1 Accuracy

We strive to ensure all product information, including EMS fitness equipment specifications, certifications, and pricing, is accurate and up-to-date. However, we do not warrant that product descriptions or other content is accurate, complete, reliable, current, or error-free.

3.2 Pricing

• All prices displayed on the Site are subject to change without notice
• Final pricing is confirmed upon formal written quotation
• We reserve the right to modify or discontinue products without prior notice
• Prices do not include shipping, customs duties, or taxes unless explicitly stated

3.3 Sample Orders

Sample fees and shipping costs may apply for EMS suit samples. Sample costs are fully refundable against formal orders as specified in our sample policy. Sample orders do not constitute a binding supply agreement.

4. Orders and Contracts

4.1 Quotation Validity

All quotations for EMS fitness suits, training devices, and OEM/ODM services are valid for 30 days from the date of issue unless otherwise specified in writing.

4.2 Order Confirmation

A binding contract is formed only upon:

1. Our written order confirmation (Proforma Invoice)
2. Your payment of the agreed deposit

4.3 Payment Terms

Standard payment terms:

• 30% deposit upon order confirmation
• 70% balance before shipment
• Payment methods: T/T (Bank Transfer), L/C at sight for large orders
• Other terms may be negotiated for established partners with satisfactory credit history

4.4 Shipping and Delivery

• Delivery timelines are estimates and depend on product availability, customization requirements, and shipping method
• Standard delivery: 15-30 days after deposit for standard products; 30-45 days for OEM/ODM orders
• We are not liable for delays caused by circumstances beyond our control (force majeure, customs delays, carrier issues)
• Risk of loss transfers upon delivery to the carrier

5. Warranties and Disclaimers

5.1 Product Warranty

We provide a 1-year warranty on all EMS fitness suits and training devices against manufacturing defects. Warranty covers repair or replacement of defective parts at our discretion.

5.2 Warranty Exclusions

The warranty does not cover:

• Damage caused by misuse, abuse, or negligence
• Unauthorized modifications or repairs
• Normal wear and tear
• Damage from improper storage, extreme temperatures, or moisture
• Consumable parts (electrodes, pads, cables, batteries after 6 months)
• Cosmetic damage that does not affect functionality

8. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

8.1 Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the People’s Republic of China, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

8.2 Dispute Resolution

Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms shall first be resolved through good faith negotiation. If negotiation fails within 30 days, disputes shall be submitted to the Guangzhou Arbitration Commission for binding arbitration in accordance with its then-current rules.

8.3 Language

These Terms are drafted in English. In case of any conflict between the English version and any translation, the English version shall prevail.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on the Site. Your continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms. Material changes will be notified via email to registered users.

Our Site may contain links to third-party websites or services (such as social media platforms, payment processors, or shipping carriers) that are not owned or controlled by GUGEER.
